"Very bad customer service"
Very bad customer service, even if you are a member of their membership program alfursan the support is awful. I reported missing miles since February and yet the case is still not resolved. Their live support is a waste of time and no will respond back to your chat.

"Ineffecient and Careless"
One of the worst airlines that I have experienced so far. They lost my bag that contained gifts and things for personal use as I was traveling for my wedding. I took it very normally as I understand that not all processes are 100% efficient. I filled out a claim form at the airport. When nobody contact me after 3 weeks, I called them and they told me to fill out an online claim form. Since then it's been two months, I am checking the status, nothings happen and nobody contacted me. They really don't care.

"Outdated UI and inexistent customer support"
I needed to reserve my seat for a specific need and book a special Meal (Non-Lactose, as this is not available on Saudia meal selection). When I attempted to add a seat on Saudia website, the system gave me an error under the “reserve a seat” page redirecting me to the Home page. Then I contacted the Chat Support (their phone support is charged 10p a minute). No live chat operator has been considered for Saudia, it seems that they cannot afford a human customer service agent Team to help their customers out there, the Chat support UI and their automated Customer Service, makes me feel I am back in 1990. Call it Vintage, but not functional. I had to digit a number for support, in a chat box! Then a ticket was created, no option for me to explain my needs via text. The ticket for my seat selection request was closed in a matter of minutes and the reply I was given is: Contact Travel Agent, but the Travel Agent said they cannot reserve a seat on the Saudia website!

My seat selection request has been trashed into a closed ticket.

No option to choose a Meal, the system gave me an error bringing me to the home page.


This is ridiculous, it is my first and last time I am using Saudia for my trips. Back to Quatar, Singapore Airlines or Malaysian Airlines, they know what Customer Service looks like, unlike Saudia.

"Very bad experience"
Very bad experience, so many time i got my booking cancelled without any notice. still no compensation.

"Always pleasure booking online and flying with Saudia"
I always travel to KSA and book tickets with Saudia for myself and my colleagues, I would definitely recommend them.

"Good customer service + very friendly staff"
We took 4 flights with Saudia in November and it was an excellent experience.

We had a lot of issues with our boarding passes because the travel agency (Travel2Be - worst ever) made a mistake in my daughters name. At the end it was the customer service of Saudia who helped us with a solution, even though it was not their mistake. Okay, we mist be honest, we had to do about 15 calls before it was solved and each time it was another call agent on the phone but it got solved at the end, which is most important.

Also on the plane the staff is incredibly friendly. We travelled with our daughter of 1 year and partly because of the friendly staff, it was a good experience.

Sidenote: we are still waiting for the compensation of Travel2Be, they say they are waiting for info from Saudia.. Not sure where it gets stuck.

"People staff soo rude most dont…"
People staff soo rude most dont understand English no way of contacting anyone airport staff not helpful after all that we were told we can't take Zam zam water due to Etourist visa now not allowing this without notice since we coldent bring it bk and lost our money too. Rude people always wanting to shout at you disgusting behaviour I wouldn't go bk but we have to for Madina and Makkah.
Passport control Realy rude and arrogant they were sending my 9 year old to a different area as they couldn't scan the passport until I intravined and I then went along with her but not before them giving me attitude not happy at all very disappointing considering they are in the holy land
