"Alfursan points have been frustrating"
I’ve had my Alfursan points not show up twice now, and getting it sorted through support took longer than I expected. To be fair, I know these things can happen with loyalty programs, but the help I got didn’t really feel that useful. I just expected a smoother process from Saudia, especially for something as basic as points being credited properly.

I was able to use the Saudia app for the basics like booking and checking my flight details, so it’s not a bad app overall. But the whole experience feels a little unfinished. Some pages took too long to load or didn’t open properly, and the payment step was more confusing than it should be. It’s usable, but the tone of the app just doesn’t feel very smooth or reassuring yet. With a cleaner flow and better performance, it could be much better.

"Support team sorted out my flight change"
I was having trouble changing my flight date on saudia.com, so I ended up calling their support number. There was a bit of a wait before someone picked up, but once I got through, the agent was really calm and walked me through everything step by step without making it feel confusing.

For anyone stuck with the same issue, I’d say don’t stress too much and just call them if the website isn’t working for you. In my case, they fixed it properly and saved me a lot of hassle

I had a stopover with saudia last week, it turned into a much messier experience than I expected. When I landed, I spent the first 20 minutes just trying to figure out where to go because the signs weren’t very clear. After that, I asked a few staff members for help, but I got different answers each time, which made it even more confusing. Security also took way longer than I planned for, so by the time I got through everything, I was already tired and stressed. I had checked the website the day before my trip, but the transit info there didn’t really answer much. The flight itself was fine, but the whole airport transfer part made the journey feel a lot more draining than it needed to be.

"Didn’t really feel worth what I paid"
I ended up paying more than I thought I would, and it still felt average. The seats were okay, so that part wasn’t a big issue, but then the food was kind of underwhelming. And the little extras didn’t really make it feel any more worth it either. I don’t know, for the price I just expected a bit more. It wasn’t terrible, just not something I’d say was worth the money.

The flight itself was fine, but the food and drinks were disappointing. My meal was cold, the bread was dry, and somehow they ran out of juice really early. Even the coffee tasted off. For a long flight, I wasn’t expecting anything amazing, but at least something decent would’ve been nice. I didn’t bother saying much to customer service because, in my experience, they usually just give you a polite answer and nothing actually changes

I flew with saudia recently, the cabin crew were really professional and calm the whole time. They helped people with their bags, handled everything nicely, and kept checking on passengers without making it feel too much. It just made the flight feel easy and comfortable.

"Got it sorted in the end"
I had a problem with changing my booking and, to be honest, the first reply took longer than I expected. I ended up raising a complaint on saudia.com and after a few days they came back to me and fixed it properly. Not amazing at first, but... yeah, the agent was helpful once they got involved and explained what had happened. Giving 4 stars because it did get sorted in the end, I just wish it had been a bit quicker.

I tried booking a flight on saudia.com the other evening after dinner, and it turned into such a headache. The payment page kept crashing right at the final step, so I figured the booking didn’t go through. Then I checked my bank app and saw my card had actually been charged, but I never got a ticket, confirmation email, or anything. I contacted support, and all they really said was to wait and check again later. Super stressful, especially when you’re just trying to get travel plans sorted. I don’t think I’ll use their website again if the payment process is this unreliable.

"Ticket prices have gotten ridiculous"
I was shocked by how much the ticket prices have gone up. For what you actually get, it just doesn’t feel worth it anymore, and that’s really disappointing. I’ve enjoyed going before, but this increase feels hard to justify. I’d at least expect some kind of apology or explanation for such a big jump.

I was happy with the movie selection on this flight. There were enough good options that I stayed entertained the whole time, and the trip felt like it went by way faster than usual. Weirdly, I still remember the guy next to me peeling an orange super slowly while I was halfway through a movie, but overall it was a really easy flight.

The seats were clean enough, so that was fine!!! But my tray table had crumbs on it, and the floor looked a little dusty too!!! It wasn’t terrible or anything, I just feel like it could’ve been cleaned a bit better!!!

"Delayed flight threw off my plans"
